Sessions & calendar
Every session and fixture, in one calendar
Training nights, matchdays and festivals for every team, in one club calendar - each session ready to plan against the curriculum and to record from the touchline.
November 2026
The calendar
The whole club's week, without the group chat
Add a session by hand, or set a training night once and repeat it to Christmas or the end of the season. neso tells you how many sessions it is about to create before you save, and asks whether a later change is for one session or the rest of the series.
Fixtures are named for you - v Redhill at home, away to Redhill away - and a cancelled session stays on the calendar, struck through, so nobody wonders where it went.

Session plans
Plan every session against the team's focus
When a coach opens the plan, the team’s current focus from the curriculum is already offered. They build a running order, tie each activity to what it works on, and reuse plans that worked.
Ask the team manager or a named coach to plan it, with a reminder. When you want a second pair of eyes, mark the session as needing approval.

Attendance & feedback
Take the register in seconds, from the touchline
After each session the register opens with the whole squad marked present. Tap the two who weren’t, write a line about what you saw, and you are done before the parents have reached the car park.
Every register and every note goes into each player’s development record, ready for the next review.
Everyone starts present - tap only who wasn't there

Questions
Frequently asked
Can neso import our existing club calendar?
Yes. Connect Google Calendar or paste any .ics link and your sessions arrive on their own, synced every night or on demand. New sessions wait in an Unassigned list until you put them on a team, in bulk if you like.
How do recurring training sessions work?
Choose the weekdays and an end date and neso shows how many sessions it will create before you save. When you edit or delete one later, you choose whether the change applies to just that session or the rest of the series.
What goes into a session plan?
A running order of activities, each with its minutes and the focus item it works on. Focus is suggested from the team's curriculum, activities can come from your library, and a plan that worked can be saved and reused.
Can session plans be approved before they run?
Yes. Mark a session as needing approval and name the approver, who can approve the plan or send it back saying what needs changing. Planning itself can be assigned to the team manager or a named coach, with a reminder.
How does the attendance register work?
The register opens with every player already marked present, so a coach taps only the players who were not there. Add a comment on what you saw for the team or for any player. It is built for a phone on the touchline.
